How aromatherapy works
For centuries, essential oils have found their importance as a fragrance with healing potential on the body, mind and spirit.
These aromatic molecules are very powerful organic chemicals that make the environment free from bacteria, viruses and fungi but also from psycho-emotional negativity.
Their versatile antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory nature boosts the immune system with hormonal, glandular, circulatory and emotional effects.
The calming, mnemonic and alertness-raising effects are well documented by many researchers and scientists. Many projects and pilot studies have been conducted on human beings to decipher their nature and role in physiological and psychic diseases.
The stimulating properties of these oils reside in their structure which closely resembles endogenous hormones.
The penetration potential of these oils to reach the subcutaneous tissues is one of the important characteristics of this therapy.
Their effects derive from their complex structure and chemical properties, one of the mechanisms of their action, occurs through a biological signal of the olfactory system receptors, during indirect inhalation, through environmental diffusion, The signal is transmitted to the limbic parts of the hypothalamus of the brain, via the olfactory bulb.
These signals cause the brain to release neurotransmitters such as serotonin, endorphin, etc. facilitating a desired change and providing a feeling of relief. Serotonin, endorphin and noradrenaline are stimulated respectively by the oil giving, depending on the plant based on it, effects that can be calming, euphoric, stimulating, etc. to achieve the desired effect on mind and body.

What are aromatic oils?
Aromatic oils and NON Essential oils, are NOT edible, are designed exclusively as environmental perfumers, can be used with an electric diffuser or tealight candle, can perfume the laundry added in the soap tubs of the washing machine, They are made entirely with natural products. Aromatic oils are essential oils diluted in a carrier oil which is also of natural and non-toxic origin. The difference is only in the fact that an essential oil as a perfume for environments is excessive, both in cost and in the perfume, which is very intense being pure, in addition the aromatic range is much wider in aromatic oils, being able to count on blends of essential oils and in various degrees of dilution in carrier oils and thus reaching a wide range of aromatic notes.
